Building foundations, developing your potential

Every student brings different strengths, questions, and ambitions. My approach combines careful technical work with musical exploration, adapting the guidance to your experience and the goals you want to pursue.

Strong technical foundations
We’ll work on the skills that support your playing, paying attention to coordination, sound, and control. We’ll connect that work to your repertoire so you can understand how it helps you play the music.

Musical understanding
We’ll explore phrasing, character, and the structure of each piece, developing your ability to listen and make thoughtful interpretative choices. Technique and expression will grow together.

Guidance for your goals
Whether you’re learning for your own enjoyment or preparing for a concert or competition, we’ll identify clear priorities and manageable steps. My aim is to support your progress while helping you become a more confident, independent musician.
