This week’s NEW VLOG 📺 I have something I want to share with you. A truly game changer for me.
As some of you know, this last couple of years came with a very intense workload in the studio and it became progressively tougher for my back to stay pain free. Since I have already a tiny deviation and… practicing guitar for so many hours every day and for so many years it isn´t the most ergonomic thing you can do for your spine, I´ve been forced to think of some changes to add better quality of work in my musician lifestyle, where all my work is almost entirely sitting.
🪑 So I ordered a very premium chair and… oh man, that has been really something! I waited a year to really give an honest opinion, a real review after using it on a daily basis.
💁🏼I hope that this video can help other musicians that might be struggling with the same or similar issues since I tried everything to fix my back complaints and… who would have told me this would help so much❗❗❗
